As we usher in what promises to be a wonderful new month, while getting ready to close out the year 2019 on a great note, I simply want to take this opportunity to thank you once again for trusting us with your business and investments.

You are the reason for our existence and it is because of you, our most important strategic business partner; that we joined the millions of businesses around the world during the month of October in showing you our deepest appreciation for your loyalty to us. The highlight of the celebration for me was the pleasure of serving some of you, our walk-in customers who visited us during the Customer Service Week celebration. Your candid feedback and compliments is not lost on me and I assure you that we will strive to give you unrivaled service always.

Subsequent to the successful maiden cleanup exercise we held at Accra Borla beach, we followed it up another cleanup exercise at the Tegbi (Lorneh) beach in Keta, Volta region. The Tegbi beach cleanup exercise was part of the pre-launch activities of our UMB Foundation’s School Leadership for Effective Educational Outcome Project (SLEEOP). We were joined by Zoomlion Ghana Limited and over 300 students from the five selected schools under the SLEEOP initiative, that is; Keta Business School, Zion Senior High School, Keta Senior High School, Anlo Senior High School and Tsiame Senior High School.

As you get ready for the Christmas holidays, I want to encourage you to continue to rely on us for all of your banking needs.
