Welcome to a new month. First and foremost, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your loved ones during this difficult period. Like so many of us, it saddens me to learn, on a daily basis, the dire effects this coronavirus pandemic is having on individuals and businesses.
Given the situation we find ourselves in, we at UMB have prepared financial relief packages for our retail and business customers who have been hard-hit by this pandemic. This is a demonstration of our commitment to you, through thick and thin.
Despite the unprecedented challenges we face, I want you to know that we are open and doing business across all our thirty-six branches. Our highest priority remains the health and safety of our valued customers and employees. Although our banking halls are safe and secure, our ways of serving you in our banking halls have slightly altered in line with social distancing protocols and mandatory wearing of masks with the aim of protecting you, our valued customer and employees.
