This is why in our quest to make your banking transactions seamless and stress free, we are happy to soon introduce our revamped internet banking platform for both retail and business customers. With this upgrade, you will now be able to safely and effortlessly do your mobile money transactions, airtime top up, inter-bank transfer of funds conveniently, wherever you may be. Once we launch the new platform, I encourage you to sign up and try out the new and improved internet-banking platform and share your feedback to help us continuously improve our digital banking services.

We assure you that we have made significant investments in our systems to ensure that every transaction on any of our platforms is safe and secured. With our ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certifications, your personal and banking information is secured especially when transacting on any of our suite of digital channels. While we do our part in protecting you from nefarious cyber activities, it is important to remember to safeguard your internet-enabled devices and login details always. Please avoid clicking on links or calling the numbers contained in suspicious text messages as cyber criminals could steal your sensitive information.
